Payments I accept are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), I also accept payment through PayPal. For custom pieces a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering. Once I receive your deposit I will begin work on your piece. The rest of the payment is due once the piece is complete and ready for shipment. I will let you know an estimate time of completion as well as keep you posted on all progress. I will ship your piece once your final payment has been received. Payments that are made on site or at an event such as festivals will be done through a square reader or cash. Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $20 service charge and all orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.
I will always receive orders for custom items same-day and provide a quick same-day response!
All artwork will be shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment, unless of course the painting or drawing is made to order in which case the time frame for shipping will be stated in the listing or through correspondence. Most of my paintings are shipped via UPS ground, upgraded shipping is available on request. For smaller items (prints etc) I use USPS priority mail. For larger items shipping carrier will vary depending on destination and the piece itself. If you would like a tracking number for your UPS or USPS shipping please let me know and I will email it to you.
Shipping costs will be calculated once I know where the artwork is going. Feel free to ask for a quote!
If you are in a hurry and need an artwork quickly let me know and I will do what I can to expedite the work and shipping.
All items are shipped insured.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges: My art is described accurately in my listings, photographs are as accurate as possible. Variations are possible and colors vary from one computer monitor to another which makes it almost impossible for the painting to look the same on every computer. All items are packed and shipped with as much care as they were made with, however sometimes accidents happen. In the case of irreparable damage a refund will be issued with proof (photographs of the painting and packaging.)
Exchanges are available for all non damaged returns, this excludes custom pieces.
Exchanges are also available for returned damaged pieces, this excludes custom pieces.
Full refunds (100%) are available for prints and non-custom pieces that are returned undamaged.
Partial refunds (50%) are available for prints and non-custom pieces if you choose to keep the damaged item.
Partial refunds (50%) are available for damaged custom pieces that are returned.
No refund will be given for custom pieces that are damaged and kept.
Please keep in mind the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for all returns. Money will be refunded as soon as the item is received.
Purchases older than two weeks upon customer receipt are not eligible for return.
I try to work with every customer to resolve any issues, but when no solutions are available my return policy is unconditional.
I am not responsible for the customer not reading the information in the ad.
All my listings are clearly written as Originals, Prints,etc.
Prints will arrive as stated in the ad i.e. already matted for framing, just the print, etc. and in a clear protective bag. Please ask before purchasing if you have any questions or doubts about what you are buying. I want you to be 100% happy and confident with your purchase.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made to secure your date and time. This deposit is due at the time of signing the photography agreement. This deposit will be applied to the final balance. The final amount is due no later than seven days prior to your photography session. Further information can be found in the photography agreement below.
It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without CAT BEE ART LLC’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. All photography, on website, instagram, facebook, etc. including all potential proofs and purchased prints, are copyrighted; reproduction of any image by any means, including copying, re-printing, screen captures, and other means of print reproduction are strictly prohibited and are a violation of copyright law. Additionally, it is ILLEGAL to post any photographers work on the Internet, blogs and social networking sites, without the express permission of the photographer. The only exception to this is if you have purchased the print release CD. As an artist, Jonathan Walker wishes to have complete control over the final look of his client's images, and scanned images damage her reputation as a photographer by distorting and devaluing the image quality. Thank you for respecting Jonathan Walker's work and livelihood by choosing not to reproduce his images.
Please only bring the people that will be photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, camcorder, or recording device to the session.
Before Your Session:
Please have your children dressed and ready to go for their session. This includes hair combing and having their faces clean. Children are more likely to become grouchy if they are fussed with too much before the session.
A non refundable retainer of 50% of session total is due at the time of booking your session. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, Jonathan Walker reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client.
There is a travel fee for portrait sessions located 20 miles outside of .
The images will be displayed in a password-protected online gallery. The online gallery will be available for 3 weeks. If you wish to order prints then ordering should be completed in that time frame. If you would like to re-publish your gallery, there is a fee.
CAT BEE ART LLC will contact you to arrange a personal previewing and ordering session at a time and date convenient to you. Payment for all printed products are due when ordering. Once payment is received, orders are placed. Your final print order will be delivered approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your previewing session. Canvases and albums may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum print order commitment for all session options.
Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.
Sales are Final:
Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final - proof books that are purchased are not returnable. To receive refund, CAT BEE ART LLC must have a 2-week notice from the schedule session.
All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for one week only. You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased.
Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer; and are not given for regretful personal choices such as hair and clothing choices.
Under the Weather:
If you or your child is feeling ill, please call to reschedule Jonathan Walker understands that sometimes, this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your session.

For all orders wholesale, consignment or in bulk, please get in touch with us via our contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you in a span of 48 to 72 hours.
For all custom orders, there is an initial 50% deposit the buyer has to pay before work begins on your piece. This deposit is non-refundable unless in a case where we have not started on your project. The rest of the payment is due at the time of completion of your piece. It will not be shipped until the final payment has been received. A custom art page has been made for you to have an idea of the kind of works we offer. If you have an idea in mind that is not specified there, please get in touch with us or e-mail us at email@example.com. The price specified in the services excludes the shipping cost which will be payable at the time we ship out your work.
Custom orders process:
All custom orders follow this particular process:
- You will provide us with the details of the kind of work you need.
- We will send you a quote with the rate of the project.
- Initial payment of 50% of the total cost as a deposit should be made.
- We will send you the initial sketch ideas as per your brief. We will work on it until you are satisfied and give the approval for start of the final work.
- Progress photos or scans will be sent to you via e-mail two to three times during the process.
- Final proof of the work will be e-mailed to you.
- Final payment will be made and upon receipt we will ship your piece to you.
All standard orders purchased from the shop are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. The shipping time for orders within the U.S. range from 2 to 7 days typically. The shipping time for international orders may vary from 2 to 3 weeks. If you wish for a rush shipping option for U.S. or international orders, please contact us. Please take note that the shipping price will be higher than the default method of shipping.
For custom orders, orders are shipped once the work is completed and payment is received. The time frame for a custom work can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month (this time does not include the “initial sketch period".) If it will take longer for any reason (larger pieces, more details, etc.) we will let you know. Shipping time is the same as stated above unless otherwise specified.
Initial sketch period:
All custom orders will have an initial sketch period during which we will discuss the details of your work through email, Skype or phone. Once the initial sketch has been approved by you, we will start on your final work.
Final project period:
After the initial sketch has been approved by you, we will start on your final work which may take from 2 weeks to 1 month for competition depending on the complexity and size of the work.
Quality over quantity:
Every month, we will only take up a limited number of projects after which you may choose to be in queue for the next month. Only after the initial deposit is paid (this is refundable as long as work has not started), you will be eligible to be put in the queue. During this period, you may choose to cancel your project if you wish to. But once we start on the project, this amount will be non-refundable.
All photographs shown in the website are property of Cat Bee Art LLC unless otherwise specified. All artwork and design displayed with Cat Bee Art's watermark are also property of Cat Bee Art LLC. The final artwork becomes property of the client but Cat Bee Art LLC has the right to publish the work and the progress in the website.
You may share photographs or artwork displayed in the website provided you link back to Cat Bee Art LLC. You may not blatantly copy an entire blog post, image or page in this group. Excerpts from the blog along with an image can be displayed on your website giving due credit and a back link to Cat Bee Art. LLC
